Ciara Brennan Watson
After experiencing the life transforming effects of yoga in an Indian ashram, Ciara wanted to help other people discover how amazing they could feel using these very simple, ancient techniques. She decided that she wanted to become a yoga teacher and open a yoga studio.
The Yoga Mela came into existence in 2013, first in church halls and later moving to the iconic Stanley Halls. It has been a dream come true to open the doors to a purpose designed studio in South Norwood.
Ciara has completed her 200 and 500 hour teaching training with Yogacharya Lalit Kumar from the Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre and has since returned to assist on a training. She has also qualified in pregnancy and postnatal yoga with Yoga Mama.
Ciara's favourite things all begin with the letter F - family friends, fashion, fitness and (Indian) food.
