Level 1 (Beginners)

Learn the basics of yoga in this gentle class. You will be introduced to props and shown how to practice postures safely in this flowing class.

Building on the foundations from the beginner's class, this offers an opportunity to develop your practice with moderately challenging postures.

Pregnancy Yoga

Suitable from 12 weeks up until full term.  This class combines breathing exercises, gentle stretching and strengthening to help you adapt to the changes in your mind and body, finishing with a relaxation.

Postnatal Yoga

Join other new mums as you reconnect to your body with gentle breathing, stretching and strengthening exercises.
