Emma has been practicing yoga for 20 years across various styles of yoga and did her training with Yogacampus in 2012.


Emma’s teaching focuses on the body’s natural alignment to build strength and uses movement with the breath to optimise mobility and induce balance and strength in body and mind. Her classes tend to breakdown postures to insure you are working to the best of your ability, her hope is you take the yoga you learn in class off the mat and in to your world.

Emma is also a trained pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher and especially loves the rehabilitation aspects for body and mind that come from a yoga practice.
