Yoga is a transformational practice and the best way to learn more about it is by coming along to a class. Beginners classes are designed to introduce you to the different elements that make up a class, giving you a clear understanding of how to practice enjoyable and safely.
The more that you practice yoga, the greater the benefits so come as often as you can.
Yoga is non-competitive and the more that you practice yoga, the more you realise that every single body is completely different. Injuries can be catered for so make sure that you let the teacher know about anything before the start of the class.
