Bookings & Cancellations Policy

Once you decide which class you would like to attend and the pricing plan that suits, you can book on through MindBody.  MindBody is a secure booking and payments system that can be used on a computer or downloaded as an app for your convenience - download the app here.

If you can no longer attend a class, you cancel your booking up until 2 hours before the start of your class to receive a full credit back to your account. Any cancellations later than 2 hours before and no-shows will be charged as if the class has been attended.

Booking for classes closes 10 minutes before the start of the session. This is when the Zoom.us link is emailed out.

Once purchased, all pricing options are non-refundable.
