Come a visit our lovely new studio in the centre of South Norwood. Check out the chillout room, enjoy some herbal tea and try out a yoga and/or meditation class.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India.  It is thousands of years old and predates religion. Most classes include breathing exercises, holding postures and mind focusing techniques.

Mindfulness meditation gives you the tools to be fully present in the here and now.  Your mind is a muscle that needs exercise to improve focus and release bad habits. Living in the moment reduces stress by making your mind calmer and quieter.
