Bookings & Cancellations Policy

Once you decide which class you would like to attend and the pricing plan that suits, you can book on through Ribbon.  Ribbon is a secure booking and payments system that can be used on a computer or downloaded as an app for your convenience - download the app iPhone here and Android here.

If you can no longer attend a class, you cancel your booking up until 6 hours before the start of your class to receive a full credit back to your account. Any cancellations later than 6 hours before and no-shows will be charged as if the class has been attended.

All workshops and events bookings are final and non-transferrable.

The studio opens 10 minutes before the start of the class and to minimise disruptions, closes 5 minutes after the start of the class.

Once purchased, all pricing options are non-refundable.

Concessions

Concessions rates are available to people receiving Job Seekers Allowance, NHS and emergency services workers and students.  Please provide proof when attending the class.
