We love London but understand that at times it can feel chaotic and when the external is so loud, it can drown out our internal voice.
We invite you to join us on this nourishing day with two Yoga classes, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, chanting and a gong bath. Tune in to your inner peace and tune up to your guiding light.

The yoga classes will be delivered by London based yoga teachers, Michelle and Ciara.
Michelle has over twenty years experience of teaching yoga to a wide variety of people including beginners, intermediate and advanced adults, teenagers, pregnancy and postnatal. She trained in Sivananda yoga, a traditional style of Hatha. Michelle is also a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist delivers NLP and facilitated Reiki. Michelle teaches with a big focus on breath.
Ciara has completed her 200 and 500 hour teaching training with Yogacharya Lalit Kumar from the Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre and has since returned to assist on a training. She has also qualified in pregnancy and postnatal yoga with Yoga Mama. Ciara's style is a mix of Hatha and Ashtanga with a keen focus on alignment and breath.
Bring a dish to share with your fellow yogis. We find this is a really lovely way to bring people together and encourage unity as well as the opportunity to try new foods. Please avoid dishes with nuts and label your dish with the list of ingredients.
Please bring your own plate, cutlery and mug to keep the day eco-friendly.
Drinking water and herbal teas will be available throughout the day.
