The Yoga Mela is a community focused yoga studio in the centre of South Norwood. Our classes are taught by high-quality yoga teachers with a wealth of experience.
After 4 wonderful years at Stanley Halls, The Yoga Mela has moved to a purpose designed studio at the other end of the high street. Our offering is increasing to bring you a variety of styles and teachers.
The Yoga Mela is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive space for people from all walks of life to practice yoga. We follow the ethos that yoga is for everyone regardless of ability, age or gender.
Mela, (pronounced may-la) means gathering and everyone is invited
